We make every precaution to ensure the safety of our crew and passengers at all times.
- We have limited the numbers of each trip
- The boat is cleaned thoroughly between every trip
- We have introduced removable Perspex screens for each table
- Table service only on all cruises
- Staggered boarding and disembarking
- Bookings will be invited on first
- Queue markers to ensure social distancing
- Sanitiser stations at the top of the pontoon and on boarding
- Switched to disposable menus to limit contact
- Side curtains left open as much as possible to increase flow of fresh air (outdoor attraction)

Refund Policy
If Covid19 stops the Sabrina or picnic boat from running, we will offer a 100% refund. Alternatively, tickets can be transferred to alternate dates if preferred.
A refund will not be offered if your event or trip can still proceed, but you choose not to attend or cancel.
If for any reason the structure or dynamics of the evening have to be changed, due to government guidance, we will endeavour to inform you with as much notice as possible. This means we will make the necessary adjustments to the evening to ensure it is still able to run. This may include adjusting numbers attending the venue, the ability to have a dancefloor or live music, bar service capabilities, or PPE requirements.
