Are dogs allowed?

Yes, well behaved dogs on leads are welcome on the walking tour and Sabrina Boat

Are the tours wheelchair/pushchair friendly?

Due to narrow alleyways and steps, the walking tour is not wheelchair/pushchair friendly

Is pre-booking essential?

Yes, you can book onto one of our tours up until 11am on the day. This can be done online or by calling our office on 01743 369741 

What happens if I am running late?

If you are running late for either your walking tour or boat trip, you must call the office who will inform the appropriate stuff. The tour guide cannot wait longer than 5 minutes, if you miss your boat trip, we will make every effort to find you a place on board a later trip although, this does depend on availability.

Are my tickets refundable?

Tickets are only refundable if Sabrina Tours Ltd. cancels your event.

Is there an age restrictions?

We do not have any age restrictions although all children under the age of 16, must be accompanied by an adult.

Where is best to park?

The nearest long stay car park Frankwell, SY3 8HB, located over the opposite side of the river (SY3 8HQ). For more information on parking and our Park & Ride service please see below.

Costs 80p per hour, maximum of £6.40 per day

Shrewsbury operates three park and ride sites which operate Monday to Saturday every 20 minutes from 7.20 am till 6.20 pm
