I did ask for a confirmation e-mail, and despite a small mix up at the boarding, they did give us complimentary drink to apologise; but I would have been happy to pay for these. Great guides and staff/servers. Some lovely photo opportunities. Would definetly recommend to anyone in the Shrewsbury area. The trip is great value and caters for your fury friend (dogs welcome aboard). The guide talked us through the views and bridges above the river and was very informative. There’s nothing quite like sipping a great cup of coffee while gliding along the river on the Sabrina boat. The narrated history of this charming town was both engaging and insightful. It was the highlight of my trip—relaxing, scenic, and very well organized. It's a fantastic way to learn about Shrewsbury, with a very knowledgeable and personable captain. For half of the sailing, you get a guided tour, and for the other half you're left to quietly enjoy the scenery, which is a brilliant balance. Snacks and drinks are served on board, there's two toilets, and it is wheelchair accessible. The staff are always friendly and polite. We always leave saying we will do it again!
