Day Trips

Description

Our popular 45-minute cruise departs from Victoria Quay near the Welsh Bridge, gently sails to the English Bridge, and returns back to the where you boarded for the end of the trip. We run 7 days a week, 7 trips a day on the hour from 10am with 4pm being the last trip of the day.

Enjoy beautiful views along the River Severn and photo opportunities on the outward journey before listening to an entertaining commentary from our knowledgeable captains on the return leg. We offer a wide range of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks from our onboard bar, which are served to your table by our hospitality team.

Our season runs from March 1st to October 31st.

Please arrive up to 15 minutes before the departure time of your trip to allow us time to get you boarded.

Discount for groups of 20+ (includes tea/coffee & biscuits).

  • Adult: 16-64 years old
  • Concessions: 65 and over, carers, disabled & students.
  • Child: 5-15 years old
  • Family: 2 Adult & 2 Child tickets
  • Under 5 year olds are free of charge

Online booking procedure information – Once you have selected your tickets and date, the time slot options will appear below the calendar. You will then need to select the time slot to proceed with your booking. If you cannot see the time slot you want to book for appearing on your chosen date, this may be because the top deck has been either almost filled or entirely filled on this trip but there is likely also middle deck and lower deck seating still available. You will need to contact the office to get this booked in. Please give us a call on 01743 369 741 if you would like us to clarify this for you.

Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a seat on the top deck, however, seats will be issued in order of booking.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

  • Tickets cannot be booked online for the same-day sailing. If you would like to sail today please call the office to reserve your seats on 01743 369 741 or you can get your tickets at the boat.

  • If booking for 2 or fewer passengers, you may be required to share a table with a perspex divider separating parties.

  • Seats will be issued in order of booking. Purchasing a ticket online DOES NOT guarantee a seat on the top deck, however, we will always aim to remove the ability to book a trip online if the top deck is almost or entirely sold out.

  • We do have wheelchair accessibility, access onto the Sabrina Boat is a light gradient ramp although this can get steep during the height of summer as the river gets lower. Access is then level onto our middle deck where we can accommodate up to 3 wheelchairs. Access to our upper & lower deck is via 5 steps each. Please note we do not have disabled toilets on board and toilets are located on the lower deck.

  • We are dog-friendly! We just ask that dogs are well-behaved and kept on a lead. Please bear in mind that other customers may also be bringing their own dogs on board.

  • As with any hospitality venue, Customers CANNOT consume their own food or drinks on the premises. We have a fully stocked bar on board and offer table service.

  • Pushchairs/prams can be brought with you, however, they cannot be taken onto the top deck. If there is space on the boat they can be stored on the middle or lower deck. If the boat is full, they can be left on our pontoon which is locked off from the public before we depart for every trip.

  • All bookings will have allocated seating reserved for them by name ready for their arrival, similar to when booking a restaurant table. Once you arrive at the boat for boarding, the skipper will call all bookings down first. If you have booked online or over the phone, you won’t need to collect any tickets, just give the correct name you booked under upon arrival. We would however advise having your email confirmation available to view on your phone in case we need to clarify your booking.

  • If you have purchased or received your tickets with a 3rd party reseller, for example with a hotel, you will need to call us to book your places for a particular trip on 01743 369 741. These tickets will then need to be brought with you on the day which staff will collect during the journey.
