The design of the boat is both wheelchair and pushchair-friendly (subject to quantity of passengers) and can be privately hired for 1-3 hours at a time to suit you – day or evening.

We provide Sabrina blankets for those cooler evenings and you’re welcome to bring your own food & drink.

Hire always includes a driver (skipper) and you have the flexibility of sailing downstream to the English bridge and upstream past the Showground as far as desired.

Little Rea sets sail from Victoria Quay, next to the Welsh Bridge.

Please be aware that the Picnic Boat must depart at either quarter-past the hour or half-past the hour.
