Weather and River conditions can change very quickly and in the event of not being able to sail the event will go ahead as a moored up venue. In this situation, a complimentary ticket for all passengers will be issued on the evening for one of our scheduled day trips. Sabrina Tours Ltd. reserve the right to cancel the event with notice. If the event is cancelled by Sabrina Tours Ltd. you will received a full refund. Refunds are only processed if the event is cancelled by Sabrina Tours Ltd.
Upon completion of your purchase, your name will be added to a reservation list, so you’ll only need to use your name when arriving at your chosen event and you’ll be shown to your reserved table.
